About PICKBALL: In 2023, the KC Folk Fest Board wanted to host an inclusive, musician-friendly sportsball-type thing to raise funds for the festival. What began as a dad joke about picking guitars and playing kickball turned into our first “Pickball” game in 2023 at the Swope Park Baseball diamonds in KCMO.

Now, the 4th season of Pickball is here and we’ve “picked” a different “ball” - Pickleball!
